We do have a physical store you can visit, however it is though appointment only. We are located on Jozefa Dietla 71. You can send us a message through email or WhatsApp to make an appointment to come by.
Customization / personalization of existing products is definitely possible. I am also able to make new custom products according to specifications, however, please keep in mind that making a new product requires a lot of testing and often also redesign. For this reason we typically only do this for larger orders as the testing and design process can be costly.
If you just have small elements you want to change or add personalization to an existing product, then this is either free or might have a sma extra cost depending on the exact specification.
All of our products are crafted from high-quality, vegetable-tanned full-grain leather. This type of leather is known for its durability, rich patina, and unique aging process. It’s a sustainable, eco-friendly choice that improves in character over time, developing a beautiful, personalized look with use.
Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a warranty on all our products against defects in craftsmanship. Please do keep in mind that leather is a natural material and this is full grain leather (meaning that every product will have slight variations in the texture and can be perceived as having an imperfection on the surface, this however, in ou opinion is what gives there products character. We do source materials from well established and high quality tanneries to ensure our products meet high standards. We will offer a return if you are not satisfied, we cannot return a product if it was customized unfortunately as it cannot be resold. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly and we will offer you a return. Products must be returned within 7 days to ensure they are returned in the best possible state. We will repair or replace the item, depending on the situation.
Leather is a natural material that benefits from proper care. To keep your leather products looking their best, we recommend:

- Conditioning: Occasionally apply a high-quality leather conditioner to maintain suppleness and prevent drying out.
- Avoid water: Leather can absorb moisture, which can damage it over time. If your item gets wet, dry it slowly at room temperature and avoid direct heat sources.
- Storage: Store leather goods in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and times will vary depending on the destination. When placing an order, you will be provided with an estimated shipping rate at checkout. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Since our products are handmade, the time can vary. There are several factors, such as current stock levels, if your product has personalization, customization, etc, We try to get most products to you within a few days, however some products can take a bit longer. If you need a product before a certain time, please contact us first to make sure. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped, and delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method you selected. We will always keep you updated on the progress of your order.
For customers in Krakow, we can make an appointment to view the products. We understand that choosing the right leather is important. If you’d like to see and feel the leather before making a purchase, please contact us, and we can send you leather swatches to help you make your decision. Unfortunately for online orders this is not possible, but for local customers and visiting customers, we would love to invite you to our workshop.
Hand stitching is done manually using a needle and thread, which gives a more artisanal and durable finish. It also allows for more precise control and flexibility in design. Machine stitching, on the other hand, is faster and can be used for certain high-volume or structural parts of the item. We use both methods depending on the product design and functional requirements.
